Moshe Amir, a Middle East affairs expert, said that if another war begins against the Islamic Republic, Israel will focus on targeting command centers of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and suppression forces, including the Basij and law enforcement forces, in order to increase the possibility of people taking to the streets and overthrowing the Islamic Republic.
