Ministers of EU member countries discussed migration, security, and the state of the Schengen area today in Luxembourg. The main focus of this meeting is the return of refugees who do not have permission to stay in the European Union.

Strengthening cooperation with non-EU countries to take back their own nationals is among the key priorities of the European ministers’ meeting.
