Mahdi Vaisi, senior analyst at Iran International, said: “The Islamic Republic is in the process of entering a stormy period and is preparing itself to deal with this storm and not get drowned and, in fact, not be overthrown. A stormy 80-day period has started from now and will continue until the U.S. election. A period of the most severe economic pressures and even a high likelihood of clashes and a broader war with the United States, along with the people’s renewed uprising.”
