🔻JD Vance said the reason for Republicans’ defeat in the midterm elections was the war with Iran.

The U.S. vice president wrote in a detailed message on the social network X: “The reason for our defeat was war. The president himself said the same thing last night.”

It appears he was referring to remarks by Donald Trump, who said that war with Iran was “one of the factors” in the Republicans’ defeat, but still justified it.

The U.S. vice president also wrote: “Everyone knows why we lost. Any honest conversation about what we should do from here on out has to start right here.”
