He was Milad Ne’mati, a 31-year-old man (born in 1373) living in Rey (Salehin area), who was killed in the course of popular protests on 18 Dey 1404 in the Naziabad neighborhood of Tehran, by the direct gunfire of the Islamic Republic’s suppressor forces.

He suffered severe injury after being shot in the neck area and gave his life for the homeland.

After several days of uncertainty and searching, his family finally found his body five days later in Kahrizak. Reports indicate that about three months before this incident, he had also been arrested by security institutions due to his outspoken opposition to the government.

A video of his funeral ceremony in Bahman 1404 received widespread attention on social media.

The fortieth-day ceremony for Milad Ne’mati’s death in late Bahman 1404 was held at Behesht-e Zahra in Tehran with the presence of his family and close relatives.
