The passenger who exchanged his flight to Germany for a flight to the homeland’s sky
“Ali Behrüz Dost,” a 25-year-old young man, a standout graduate of the Farhikhtegan (Talented) School of Allameh Helli, an energetic basketball player, and one of the thousands of brilliant talents in this land.
He had completed all his immigration formalities; his admission was in hand, his suitcases were packed, and only a few days remained before his flight to Germany, to build a bright and safe future for himself... But on the evening of the 18th of Dey 2584, when the sound of people’s cries for freedom echoed through the Haft-Hoouz neighborhood of Narmak, Ali could not remain indifferent to the fate of his homeland.
He put off going and seeking comfort to stand shoulder to shoulder with his people in the streets. That same night, he was directly targeted by gunfire from the suppression forces, and he sacrificed his pure life for the freedom of Iran.
On Ali’s arm, there was a tattooed sentence that revealed the depth of his ideals and understanding: “For those whom I love, I will make a sacrifice.”
He did not go to stay in Iran. May his name be honored, his memory everlasting, and may his path be followed by many. 🕊🖤#Ali_Behruz_Dost #Ali_Behruz #Children_of_Iran #Narmak #National_Revolution_ShirouKhorshid
