Hossein Mohebi, the IRGC spokesperson, warned that if the United States launches a new attack on Iran, Iran will use “new weapons” and, with “changing the geography of the war,” will attack areas that have not been targeted until now.

He said that in the event of a U.S. attack, Iran will use new weapons that will “surprise” the world. He said Iran has produced weapons and developed their capabilities that have not been used in the current phases of the war. He called the armaments Iran’s “strategic” weapons, which are used “if necessary,” and said that “the world will see what happens.”

The IRGC spokesperson also said that regarding changing the geography of the war, “now the war has become a regional one, but since the region is vast, there is still room to expand this war geographically.”

He said that the IRGC has prepared itself for “a long-term war.”

The IRGC spokesperson’s warning comes after the Central Headquarters of Khatam al-Anbiya, in a statement, said that with the “green light” of some countries in the region, the United States intends to resume its actions.

Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, which is Iran’s highest military body in wartime, said that Iran has obtained information that the United States and Israel, together with several regional countries, participated in a meeting in a European country.
