Iran’s state broadcaster reported the death of Mohammadreza Talebi, a Basij member, saying that during the protests in Dey 1404 (December 2025–January 2026) he was injured and spent about nine months in a coma.

According to this report, Talebi was injured on 19 Dey in Tehran’s District 7.
