🔻Abbas Araqchi, Iran’s foreign minister, on the eve of his return from New York to Tehran, told reporters, via the Qatari mediator, about the negotiations on Monday, and emphasized that his country’s seven-point proposal was delivered to the United States through Qatar and that he is now waiting for the White House’s response, which he expects will be transferred to Iran through mediators within the next few hours — on Tuesday.

The Iranian foreign minister told IRNA: “Our mission was to convey these conditions both to the American side and so that all other countries and the international community would be aware that Iran has a proposal in this regard, its conditions are completely fair and logical, and if the Americans claim that they are seeking an agreement or seeking a peaceful solution, we have introduced this solution.”
