▪New figures from Iran’s major automaking companies point to a drop in production and a rise in their losses in the period after the war.

▪Despite the dizzying increase in the prices of cars produced by domestic companies for delivery to citizens, their net losses have risen sharply.

▪Data from Iran Khodro, Pars Khodro, and Saipa also shows a decline in production in the first four months of this year.

▪In the first four months of this year, Iran Khodro produced nearly 140,000 vehicles, showing a 12% decrease compared to the same period last year.

▪Saipa’s production in this period saw a 42% drop, while Pars Khodro experienced a 62% decline, the largest drop among the three major automakers.
