The UK Maritime Trade Operations organization said a ship, 9 nautical miles south-west of the Yemeni city of Al-Mukha, was targeted by an unmanned surface vessel.

The ship sank after a fire.

The organization said all crew members were rescued by local authorities and are safe.

The UK Maritime Trade Operations organization has recommended that passing ships report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities if they observe it.
