The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights says that over the past four and a half months, the Islamic Republic has executed at least 56 prisoners in political and security cases, and more than 100 others are also at risk of execution; 56 lives, 56 families, and 56 groups of family and friends, from which one person has been permanently taken away.
