The convoys carrying the delegations of the negotiating teams for the seventh round of direct talks between Israel and Lebanon have entered the city of Rome. According to the Israeli newspaper “Times of Israel,” the Israeli delegation includes officials from the country’s army.

The focus of the talks has been described as the continuation of the implementation of the security agreement between the two sides. According to Lebanon government sources, Hezbollah’s underground tunnels will be one of the main topics of these discussions.

Shortly before the talks began, the Lebanese army published images of weapons it had seized at the border of the country with Syria.
