▪In response to an exclusive report by Reuters about a covert network of the Islamic Republic’s military institutions to evade the U.S. naval blockade and Western sanctions, the U.S. State Department told VOA that the Trump administration’s goal of targeting sources of illegal revenue for the Islamic Republic and networks that bypass sanctions will continue.
