🔶 Ebrahim Raisi: Revenge against the United States and Israel is definite

Ebrahim Raisi, a member of the National Security Commission of the parliament, in response to reports about Tehran’s plans to attack American officials, said: “Revenge against the United States and Israel is definite; the murderers and those who ordered the killing of the Leader must expect severe punishment.”

In an interview with Iran Watch, he did not provide details about the possible action and did not directly confirm or deny these reports.

The parliament member of the National Security Commission also said: “As long as the conditions of the Islamic Republic of Iran are not fully accepted and implemented, the Strait of Hormuz will not be reopened.”

He listed lifting the blockade, releasing Iran’s assets, ending the war in Iran and Lebanon, and reducing and then withdrawing American forces from the region among these conditions.

The parliament member added that, in the “Ensuring Security of the Strait of Hormuz” bill, which has been drafted in the commission, the collection of fees for services to allow the passage of “any vessel, whether afloat or submerged” has been envisaged.
