Donald Trump, president of the United States, on Thursday, 14 Aban, in remarks at the White House emphasized that the Islamic Republic will never obtain nuclear weapons.

Regarding the possibility of expanding military operations against the Islamic Republic, Mr. Trump said that Washington will soon decide on its next steps and did not rule out the possibility of inflicting further damage on the Islamic Republic.

Mr. Trump said: “We have been in [the Islamic Republic] Iran for seven months, and we have taken control of everything we wanted. Now we will decide whether we want to go further and do the work ‘to ensure’ it; meaning to make sure that such a thing will never happen again.”

Referring to the extent of the damage inflicted, he added: “I think it will take them 25 years to rebuild their country. I would prefer not to destroy the rest of the country if possible, but maybe I will have to. You will understand soon.” He also said that the United States has so much ammunition at its disposal that if operations against the Islamic Republic became necessary, “it is armed and ready.”
