🔻 The Disciplinary Committee of the Football Federation rejected Paykan Club of Tehran’s complaint against Esteghlal regarding the use of Jalaluddin Masharipov, an Uzbek player of this team.

🔹 Paykan’s side claimed that the registration and reactivation of Masharipov during Esteghlal’s transfer ban and without complying with the regulations related to the quota of foreign players had taken place.

🔹 However, the Disciplinary Committee, citing a query from the League Organization, announced that the player’s contract and match card were issued before the start date of Esteghlal’s ban.

🔹 This ruling can be appealed to the Appeal Committee within 7 days after notification.
