🔹 Ghalenoei, who while today evening and after arriving in Iran avoided answering reporters, told the Football Federation newspaper: “We will review our planning again, correct our weaknesses, and if necessary, we will make changes in the technical structure and the selection of personnel.”

🔹 The head coach of the national team said: “My goal is clear; I want to rebuild the national team, even better than before, so that at the Asian Cup we see a team that befits Iranian football and at a level of brilliance and success.”

🔹 He said: “There is a difference between ‘accepting a mistake’ and ‘surrendering.’ I accept my mistakes, but I will not surrender. My responsibility is to get past this stage and build a team that when people see it, they feel again that this is the Iranian national team that can fight for big goals.”
