Alireza Kazemi, the Minister of Education, told an IRIB reporter: “We are obligated to reflect the teachings of the eight-year war, the twelve-day war, and the recent war in textbooks, because these periods are the peaks of pride of the Islamic Republic.”

Kazemi continued: “Our students are in the battlefield right now, and this is the best opportunity both to recognize the enemy and to strengthen national and religious identity.”

The Minister of Education added: “Regarding the twelve-day war, we published three textbooks and made them available to students.”
