🔻CBS News, in its latest estimate, has predicted that the Democrats have won 218 seats so far and the Republicans have won 160 seats in the House of Representatives.

By taking into account this number of seats, it is expected that the Democratic Party will gain a majority in the House of Representatives. The very close race in other districts has made it difficult to determine the winner.

To gain a majority in the U.S. House of Representatives, each party needs at least 218 seats out of a total of 435 seats in this chamber. All 435 seats in the U.S. House of Representatives are up for election. The Republican Party of Donald Trump currently controls both the House of Representatives and the Senate, and for the Democrats to gain a majority in the Senate, they must remove at least three current seats from Republican control.

These estimates are preliminary and may change as the counting of votes continues and the results of races in other states become clear.
