Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of Israel, by comparing the Islamic Republic government to the Nazis and neo-Nazis, said that the only way to stop it is the overthrow of the government in Iran. He, referring to the destruction of the Nazi government by the Allies during World War II, emphasized that he has reached the conclusion that there is no other solution for dealing with the Islamic Republic.

During his election campaign, Netanyahu, in an interview with Israel’s Channel 7, said: “I have reached the conclusion that the only imaginable solution here, without doubt, is the overthrow of this fanatical government.”

He went on to cite the Allies’ actions against the Nazi Germany government as a historical example to explain his position and said: “Just as the Allies went and destroyed the Nazi government.”

The Israeli prime minister also, while referring to Adolf Hitler’s efforts to obtain nuclear weapons, said: “Hitler tried to get hold of the atomic bomb, but he didn’t succeed.”

At the end, Netanyahu once again stressed the necessity of changing the government in Iran and said: “The only way to stop these Nazis, or today’s neo-Nazis in Iran, is to eliminate the government and overthrow it.”
