Ali Emami Rad, a member of the Majlis National Security and Domestic Affairs Commission, said, emphasizing that there should be no negotiations with the United States: “Defensive actions up to this moment have been sufficient; now is the time to change the military doctrine from a defensive posture to an offensive one.”

He added: “We have deep and historic enmity with the United States and Israel, and any ceasefire they request stems from their weakness and helplessness; therefore, until we exact retribution from the perpetrators of the blood of our martyred Leader, we will not back down even by a single iota.”

The representative for Khuzdasht and Romeshkan added: “The Strait of Hormuz is our family legacy. Whoever has control of this strait rules the world, and relying on this capacity, we will achieve all of our economic, political, and other demands ourselves.”
