🔻A Saudi-led military coalition says it intercepted two Houthi ballistic missiles

A Saudi Arabia-led military coalition said early on Sunday that it intercepted and destroyed two ballistic missiles launched by the Houthis toward “Khamis Mushait” in the southwestern part of Saudi Arabia.

Turki Al-Maliki, the spokesman for the coalition, announced the interceptions in a statement.

Shortly before this announcement, Saudi Arabia’s Civil Defense Authority, through its national early warning system, issued warnings of an “in possible danger” in Riyadh and in the cities of “Abha” and “Khamis Mushait” in the southwestern part of the country.
