🔻Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Interior says it has executed five of its nationals for committing “terrorism-related crimes.”

It is not clear when these individuals are alleged to have committed the crimes; however, news of their executions was released amid heightened security tensions following a new wave of Houthi attacks.

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Interior said the individuals’ crimes include “joining a foreign terrorist organization, attacking security forces, possessing weapons and ammunition, and supporting attacks” in the Saudi kingdom.
