🔻A mysterious masked figure has appeared across London and is doing charitable work.
This “cape-wearing” “hero,” known as “London Batman,” has won many followers on social media by appearing around the city and offering help to strangers.
These gestures include paying people’s fuel costs, filling in street potholes, and even selling Ferrero chocolates for 5 pence.
After weeks of speculation, the BBC was invited to meet London Batman.
He told the BBC: “It doesn’t matter who I am. What I do shows what kind of person I am.”
When asked why London needs a Batman, he said: “I believe anyone can be a hero. I want to show the good in London. People are struggling with problems and I want to help them.”
