Ukrainian forces, unable to stop Russian troops, are taking out their anger on Russia's civilian population with drone and missile strikes, Lieutenant General Apti Alaudinov, commander of the Akhmat special forces, told TASS.

"Unfortunately, civilians are being killed and wounded. We are fighting the enemy on the frontline, while the enemy is fighting our civilian population," he said.
