Christa Pike, who survived a botched lethal injection attempt in Tennessee, has filed a complaint stating she was forced to clean a cockroach-infested shower at a prison rehabilitation center, putting her at "high risk of infection and further injury."
The complaint, obtained by TASS, says she remains physically weak with debilitating pain and difficulty moving her arms.
She is held in the infirmary in isolation, with no access to group activities, meals or religious services.
