Ukraine предложuje Russia ceasefire in attacks on vessels carrying agricultural products in the Black Sea, but Moscow rejected it.

Vladimir Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, said: “It seems their position is that they will not attack our grain corridor only if we stop attacking their energy sector.”

He added that Kyiv is ready to consider an energy ceasefire on a reciprocal basis and suggested that exports of agricultural products from both countries be carried out by foreign vessels.

Zelensky also warned that Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, after the September 21 elections for the Duma and in the first days of Mehr (October), will begin a covert mobilization of 300,000 to 500,000 new forces.
