The UK Maritime Trade Operations Agency said it has received a report of an incident occurring 95 nautical miles southeast of Aden, Yemen. According to the report, the captain of a tanker reported hearing a severe explosion sound near the vessel.

The agency said all crew members are safe and that no report has been received so far regarding environmental damage. It also added that the relevant authorities are investigating the incident and have advised passing ships to transit with caution and report any suspicious activity.
