🔻These images of a sandstorm striking the Haftkel area of Khuzestan were shared on social media, in conditions in which the Iranian Meteorological Organization has predicted that the activity of a precipitation system today in Lorestan, Ilam, western Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, and the north of Khuzestan will intensify, and for this reason an orange alert has been issued.

It is also predicted that there may be flooding of streets, the flow of flash floods, and the overflowing of seasonal rivers in these provinces, and residents of these areas have been asked to keep away from the banks and riverbeds and channels.
