❕The Iranian Armed Forces opened fire on two tankers that attempted to pass through the Strait of Hormuz without Tehran’s consent, the army press service said in a press release.

"Early this morning, two tankers violated the rules by attempting to pass through the Strait of Hormuz on an unauthorized route under the US military's air cover. They ignored our warnings and were attacked and stopped. Four other tankers quickly changed course,” the Fars news agency quoted the army as saying.
