The Daily Star, in a report, wrote that the continuation of war between the United States and the Iranian government has, in addition to increasing attacks on energy infrastructure, put oil and gas transfer routes in the Middle East at greater risk and higher costs.

The report says that insecurity in the Strait of Hormuz and the Red Sea has placed the global energy market in a highly risky situation.

The Daily Star also, while referring to the increase in the price of oil and the decrease in ship traffic in the region, wrote that the continuation of the fighting could impose more pressure on the energy supply chain and the global economy, although at the same time diplomatic efforts are being made to reduce tensions and keep the Strait of Hormuz open
