🔺The Central Bank offers dollars at 257,000 tomans; revenue generation from the people’s pockets in the name of market regulation

▪ The Central Bank of the Islamic Republic began the second day of selling quota-based dollars on Sunday at a rate of 257,000 tomans, while the sale rate of dollar remittance at Iran’s currency and gold exchange center is 175,754 tomans.

▪ According to Tasnim, the quota-based dollar sale rate on the first day was 259,000 tomans, and today it reached 257,000 tomans. People over 18 can buy up to $10,000 by presenting their national identity card from five banks: Mellat, Tejarat, Melli, Export, and Saman.

▪ The Central Bank has announced that it will supply a total of up to $2 billion and, in the first phase, $1 billion. The difference between the quota-based sale rate and today’s remittance sale rate is 81,246 tomans per dollar.
