Leila Mahdavi, the mother of Siavash Mahmoudi, one of those killed in the 1401 protests, in response to a video released showing the wounded father and brother of Mohsen Abbasi, one of those killed in the protests of Dey 1404, wrote: “The grief of a child, until the last breath, is the heaviest pain for a family. But alongside this sorrow, we have a duty; seeking justice and keeping the names of our children alive.”
