🔻The 70th edition of the London Film Festival is underway in the UK, and several films by Iranian filmmakers are being screened there. “House Friend Is Here,” “The Curse of Seizure,” “A Little Light,” and “I Plant My Hand in the Garden” are among these films. Most of these films are about today’s issues in Iranian society. Among them is “House Friend Is Here,” directed by Maryam Ataii and Hossein Kashavarz, which offers a different picture of life inside Iranian society after the 12-day war. The film tells the story of the friendship of two young people and their efforts to achieve their dreams in today’s Iran.
