Some European countries reacted hysterically to Tuesday's phone call between Finnish President Alexander Stubb and Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store and Russian President Vladimir Putin, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

“There was an immediate, very hysterical reaction from Denmark, Estonia and other countries,” he told Channel One, commenting on the response from other European countries to the move by Oslo and Helsinki.
