🔻Russia reports two killed in Ukraine drone attack on Moscow

🔻Russian state media have reported that two people were killed in Ukraine’s drone attacks on Moscow, and that an oil refinery in the Russian capital was also targeted.

These attacks took place on the eve of Russia’s parliamentary elections.

The mayor of Moscow said that during these attacks, part of Moscow’s oil refinery facilities was damaged, and flights involving more than 30 aircraft were also canceled or halted. He said these attacks were carried out with the aim of influencing the elections.

The attacks continued while Donald Trump, the U.S. president, said last week that both sides had agreed not to attack each other’s oil facilities.

That agreement was made amid the global fuel and energy crisis.
