Rudaw network reported on Thursday evening, 16 Mehr, that the headquarters of the Kurdistan Union Party of Iran in the province of Erbil was targeted by a drone attack. At the same time, Al Arabiya wrote that this was the first drone attack on Erbil since the withdrawal of U.S. forces.

The Kurdistan Union Party of Iran stated that two drones targeted one of this organization’s headquarters in Erbil, and that the attack caused no casualties, but inflicted financial damage to the headquarters building and surrounding areas.

Also, some Iranian media outlets, by publishing videos, reported on a drone attack on anti–Islamic Republic Kurdish groups in Erbil.
