Reuters reported that a covert network, made up of about five thousand military entities, imports equipment and materials needed for the Islamic Republic’s missile and drone programs, as well as instruments for repression.

According to Reuters, the network brings the equipment needed by the Islamic Republic into the country through unofficial routes, using commercial routes and unconventional methods, including multi-stage shipment transfers and changing purchase and sales invoices.
