👈Reuters: France proposes releasing 100 million barrels of diesel and oil

Informed sources said that France has put forward a proposal to release inventories of diesel and oil belonging to member countries of the International Energy Agency, with the aim of reducing prices in global markets.

The Arabic section of the news agency Reuters wrote on its website this morning (Friday) that, according to an informed source, European Union countries, in response to U.S. pressure on countries in this region to offer larger quantities from their diesel reserves on the market in order to reduce fuel prices that are rising, considered France’s proposal to release greater amounts from diesel reserves.
