The Yemeni army, which defends the country’s legitimate government, announced that it targeted the positions of the Houthi rebels supported by the Islamic Republic in Sana’a, Sa’dah province in the northwest, and Ta‘izz province in the southwest of the country.

Majid al-Nuzayli, the spokesperson for Yemen’s legitimate army, wrote on the social media network X that government forces targeted “high-value targets in the capital, Sana’a.”

He announced that the forces of the legitimate government also targeted 11 high-value targets in Sa’dah province and inflicted damage on the Houthi rebels.

These attacks, in Sana’a, Sa’dah and Ta‘izz, have been described as severe.
