◾The human rights organization Hengaw reported that Mustafa Qasemi Hasanvand, a political activist and former political prisoner from Ashtar in Lorestan province, has died after a suicide attempt near the United Nations office in Bahrka, a town in Erbil, in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
