Amir Mohammad Ahmadi, a 19-year-old political prisoner, in a message from inside Tehran’s Great Prison, told the people: “Be the voice of me and all political prisoners. Don’t forget us. We have always been behind the people and we will continue to be. You should stand behind us too.”

Despite objections, the appellate court upheld the sentence of Amir Mohammad Ahmadi, one of the detainees from late December 1404. In Tehran’s Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Emaan Afshari, he was sentenced to five years in prison, two years of prohibition from leaving the country, and two years of deprivation of social services.
