Gabby was only six years old when the first signs of puberty appeared in her; she experienced menstruation and her body hair began to grow.

Her mother, concerned about what was happening with her first child, took her to a doctor.

Gabby, who is from the UK, tells the BBC: “The pediatric doctors had to investigate my situation, because before that they had never come across a case like what happened to me.”
