On the fifth day of the trial, the prosecutor summoned three Iranian defendants to appear before the court, accusing them of planning the murder of two Iranian journalists and a lawyer in London. Under the new National Security law, these three people, who were associated with the security institutions of the Islamic Republic or one of them, may face the harshest punishment.
