Pegah Bani-Hashami, senior legal researcher at the University of Chicago, referring to the situation of political prisoners and heavy sentences against protesters, said that what is raised at the United Nations by officials of the Islamic Republic has little in common with the conditions inside Iran and the demands of a large part of society.
