🔸Parnian Dabiri’s mother, one of the victims of the protests in Dey 1404, criticized the Islamic Republic officials’ dual policy toward the students killed in the Dey protests, compared it with the children killed in Minab, and asked: Was killing students in the Dey protests not a crime?
🔸In this video, released on Wednesday, 29 Mehr, she says that on the way to her daughter’s grave, she saw billboards showing the images of the children killed in Minab with the slogan “Seeing this scene as it is is a crime not.” Protesting the government’s double standards, she asks whether killing students in the Dey protests was not a crime. “Why didn’t you put up a placard once to condemn the killing of students in the Dey protests?”
🔸Parnian Dabiri’s mother also, referring to calls made to families to declare their children as martyrs, said: “When we ourselves have seen who killed our child, how can we do that?”
🔸Continuing, this grieving mother pointed to security pressures and the reasons families are silent regarding the loss of their children, and emphasized: “The resentment in our hearts is getting worse every day.”
