Pakistan strongly condemned the Houthi militia attack on a power distribution station in Medina and called for the immediate and unconditional cessation of such attacks.

In a statement, Pakistan’s Foreign Office described the attack on the non-military infrastructure supplying power to the Prophet’s Mosque as a “provocative and deeply concerning” act, saying that the action would cause deep concern and grief among millions of Muslims around the world.

Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs also called for the “immediate and unconditional end” to such actions, saying these attacks are a serious threat to peace and security in the region.
