Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf, Chairman of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Parliament, in response to Mojtaba Khamenei’s emphasis on preserving social cohesion, wrote that his message is “before our eyes and that of all officials in the country.”

Qalibaf added: “We must avoid, in any form, phantom false binaries, and any action that harms social cohesion is nationally and religiously forbidden for all of us.”

Earlier, Mojtaba Khamenei had emphasized the need to refrain from “discouraging words” and “phantom false binaries,” and said that any action that harms social cohesion is prohibited.
