Milad Gholamzadeh’s sister, one of the victims killed in the events of Dey 1404, has released a video from her brother’s birthday ceremony at his grave. In part of the ceremony, she says: “This year, in the absence of my brother, I only have one wish, and that is for revenge for my brother’s blood—and for those like him—to be taken as soon as possible. Our duty, as survivors, is to stand in their way and take a magnificent revenge from these oppressors.”

Milad Gholamzadeh, 30, from Khushk-Bijar in Rasht, was killed on 17 Dey by a gunshot fired by government forces.
